Teamwork is essential for us because goals achieved and satisfaction obtained – both for Private Label and Licensing – are the result of the synergy that has been created between all the employees of the company.
Many of our employees have been working in Area B for several years and for this reason the whole team has now become a sort of “big family” in which you can breathe an energetic, positive and dynamic atmosphere that also involves employees, customers and suppliers.
Federico, the Chief Executive Officer and Nicola, the Creative Manager, are the two partners that founded Area B and since then, with perseverance and dedication, have been leading the company to become an important reality in the field of private labels and licensing for beachwear, underwear, sportswear and jersey and that still strive to improve the company. Together with Antonio, production manager, and Valeriano, sales manager, they represent the heart of Area B.
It’s the office where creativity reigns, where collections are created for customers. Here all the graphics related to the collections are made such as prints, embroideries, labelling, packaging, lookbooks and all the material for advertising. Silvia, Pietro and Diletta, with the coordination of Nicola, study and design increasingly innovative and attractive solutions to design the best collections.
In this office, starting from designer/creative team’s sketches, Genny, Marisa, Sara and Veronica create the model of the product, combining the directions to follow and the stylistic needs of lines, volumes and fitting with the technical-industrial realization. After that, Marta does the placement while Carmen and Gina realize prototypes.
Massimo, Carmen, Filippo, Barbara and Francesca carry out the commercial activities related to the private label production of the company, ensuring that every customer is constantly followed, from the phase of first prototypes up to the delivery of the production. Filippo is also responsible for the Research & Development Area, finding new fabrics, accessories, innovative and/or ecological and sustainable techniques. The quality control is followed by Giorgio, who ensures that all products are up to the standards required by customers. The office is coordinated by Antonio, production manager.
It’s the office where the distribution and promotion of licensed brands is managed, together with Customer Service activities. Valeriano, supported by Francesca and Katia, follows the commercial side related to sales, marketing, communication, image and positioning of products in stores, also dealing with data collection and market analysis, establishing sales budgets, goals, strategies and business development plans.
In the warehouse you can find Valentino, Stefano and Tommaso that starting from the raw materials, take care of the production. Lucio and Alessandra take care of the preparation of the finished product for shipment, respecting delivery times. The department is coordinated by Matteo, who is responsible for the warehouse and shipment of goods.
All economic, financial and accounting management of the company takes place in this office. Monica and Lara follow the accounting part, while Stefania is the buyer. The person in charge of the office and the financial part is Giovanna.
